The only good thing about FSM was the professionalism of the crew. We hired FSM for moisture on our basement floor, and to anchor 2 basement walls that had shifted in our 100 year old home. We are satisfied with the wall anchoring that was done. What we thought they installed was drain tile around the inside of the basement to correct the moisture issues we were having on the floor. Zacarias M., Larry H., and Noah H. did a great job. They were very courteous and cleaned up wonderfully after the job.
This company came and gave us an estimate when my dad passed away. My mother signed a contract that was way overcharged, the person who came out did the blue prints wrong so the plumber couldn't do their job. Took a ****** deposit from my mother, and never done any work. They basically came in gave a bad estimate took our money and never returned our calls.

Total rip-off!! They could not do work when first scheduled and moved work out 4 months and charged me a cancellation fee when I sold home a month after they were suppose to do work. There was no mention of a cancellation fee possibility after work was rescheduled. I donÂ’t think I should have to pay for their error and it took 4 months to get my partial refund.

He took his time explaining both the problems and the possible solutions. Brennon gave me a lot of information and materials so I can understand everything they are planning to do. I had my basement waterproofed by this company and had a few minor issues with the install. The technician Mitchell ******** came out several times to address these minor issues and was very professional and polite. Not only did he fix these issues but he explained in detail and showed me photos of what he did so I didnt have to go up and down the stairs multple times.
