OBA was actually the second company I called. The first was the basement doctor. The guy was literally at my house for 5 mins then gave me an outrageous quote and left. Never again!!! Zeke showed up on time. Diagnosed my problem. I watched him crawl in that tiny crawl space and gave me multiple options to solve our problem. So we are moving forward with Ohio Basement Authority. The Ohio Basement Authority did an awesome job. From the time the project manager informed us and educated us about the issue. We knew we wanted them to have our business. I want to especially thank the foreman and crew who did the work. Specifically Dan ********** and Larry ******* They made sure the job was done right.

My experience started with Tom ***** Bakers sales representative. A very articulate and knowledgeable salesman with a sense of humor. He answered all questions and was very professional. Then on schedule Scott and John came to my home and raised my two pads. One has a porch over it and the other a deck. They didn't mind me watching and actually kept me up to speed with the process. Working with this company (in Tennessee) was a nightmare. From the quote to the finished project, 4 months later! I had foundation repair, encapsulation and "mold" remediation. The person that gave the quote promised/gave incorrect information and I had to remind him to put what he said he would do in the quote. He did not forward the correct quote to the company (shady). I want to start off by Thanking Jay ******** for going way above and beyond to help me resolve the leak in my basement! I had gotten several estimates but when Jay from OHIO BASEMENT AUTHORITY came out I had a really good feeling right away.. I told him about the prior estimate and he said; Let's go take a look at the sump pump drainage pipe to street. He immediately got down on his hands and knees and started working to unclog the pipe.
