Samuel ****** came by for my annual check-up. Very professional, called me to let me know he would be there a little early and wanted to make sure that was okay. Work was delayed for over a month and we were not contacted by the company. We had to contact the main office to reschedule however we were very pleased with the two technicians that did the work: *********** and ************** did a superb job! The credit goes to the Technicians, and not to the management.

We have had a very good experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. The initial inspection was conducted by Ryan. He was very thorough and professional with his review of the house and explained in detail what our problems were. He made it very clear exactly what the cost would be to do all the repairs. Excellent service from the entire crew that removed mold from and encapsulated our crawl space. They were skilled and more than happy to answer every question we asked. Ohio Basement Authority was a wonderful company to work with. Initially, Doug K came out to assess our problem and recommend a solution, and then the wonderful team of Serg B, Ivan B and Louie L came out to do the work. They called in advance to inform us of their arrival time and were even a little earlier than they projected.
