I could not be more impressed! From inspection through final clean-up, these FRS guys were phenomenal. They kept me advised of arrival times, what was going on every step, and took the time to answer all my "pesky" questions. Lead man Jake even admitted that one of the L-bracket supports was not useable, so they had a short delay to await a replacement. Not that Jake, Preston or Logan needed any help, but when Big Thomas and Thomas arrived with the part, they stuck around to make it a five-man crew. Watching Big Thomas wield... read more

SCAM!!! I was told my home had a "ground water problem" I took the bait because my basement was flooding. Turns out it was a sprinkler line that cost ***** Do not sign any contract with them until you fully investigate with a professional. I will say, the sales employee was kind and the process was smooth.. just incorrect.
