Our CFI crew, Artemia, Dustin, Chad & Josh were outstanding! Courteous & hard working, they got right to the job & didn't stop until they were done. Everything we'd been told got done in the times we sere told it would take. I would give them a 10 if possible!!

They did not read the engineering report, did the work incorrectly. Inspection failed 03/08/2021. They were sent another inspection fail notice in May, after work on he roof was started. Third inspection fail notice was sent 6/21/2021. After the roof is complete. Finally hear back from them on the 6/23/2021. The 2nd time they come out, they again do not read the paper work. Have no clue what they did last time, and rock my house back and forth on a pier they "forgot" they put in the first time. There are new cracks in my fou... read more

am very pleased with the work done by the foreman Stephen Forte and also Iran Hendrickson. They were early for the appointment, and professional. Stephen went over what was involved in the crack repair, installation of the wall stabilizer, dehumidifier and sump pump install. The team answered any questions that I had and handled any obstacles he encountered like tree roots and rock as he dug for the sump pump output. Great experience with Mitchell ********* He contacted me when he was on the way, showed up on time, was polite and fixed the issue we were having with our sump pump while taking the time to explain what he was doing.

I completed two projects with Complete Basement Systems (CBS) out of their Colorado Springs office. I had evidence of foundation settling, and the front-end engineering and customer support was outstanding (Brad Shanks as Certified Field Inspector). The work was prompt and as scheduled. We recently used Tar Heel Basement and found them to be very professional from star to finish. The customer service was very helpful and would call back promptly. We had a seam to come loose. I called and the next day the service tech ( Bobby ****** ) came that morning and fixed the seam. We also used another popular basement co. before Tar Heel Basement and the service was just the opposite from start to finish! Would definitely call Tar Heel on the next job. Ken **
