Bob ***** was very thorough when he did his inspection and work-up to give us an estimate. The team of Casey J, Bret B, & Allen-Michael T did a great job in our basement. They ran into an unusual situation with our footer; reassessed how our problem could be fixed, and changed the plans to a better solution. They cleared all debris, and did not track dust where they had to walk through the house. We highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority.

Had used the company once before and was happy with their work, but not so much this time, but Damian, David & Marion did do a great job finishing the project. They saved the company's reputation in my mind. Not very happy with the earlier crews. They were late arriving each morning and they did much more damage to my shrubbery and lawn than was indicated during the quote and inspection. The Installers: J.R., Jacob, and Tyler were timely, proficient, and professional. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly while making sure any questions we had were addressed. I would recommend Tarheel Basement.

Eric was awesome to work with. He was respectful, honest, and patient. Its difficult to make financial decisions on work that has to be done when your being pressured to make a decision. Eric gave me plenty of time to understand, ask questions, and allowed me to give him a hard time (joking). We are extremely pleased with all layers of Mount Valley. We completed support and repair, as well as drainage and encapsulation. They were prompt in follow-up from scheduling to completion. Stayed to schedule and did a phenomenal job. Josiah and Derrick were very professional and took care to protect my flooring and furniture. They arrived promptly and were very courteous and pleasant. Josh, Ace and Adam did a great job with the installation of a sump pump system in our crawl space. Our salesman however gave us misleading information about their financing option through ********* installment loan with******* Bank. We were given a 6 month introductory period with a lower interest rate. The catch is that the introductory period starts the day the application is filled out. The work was not done properly at installation. They are having to come back out to repair what was done. The additional sump pump was not properly installed so that it spits out water all over the floor. And the drainage in the yard was left in a mess rather than grated as promised. It is going to be over a week before the sump pump issue can be resolved and they are telling me over 6 weeks before the yard can be repaired properly. This is not at all what was promised and for almost *** acceptable.
