Codi was great! He came by and did an inspection in a timely and respectful manner, even bearing with all the little kids running around the house with patience and kindness. He never pushed us to do anything, but gave us lots of information and understanding about the state of our home and what repairs needed to be considered as well as what order of priority the fixes should have. So thankful for the insight and we look forward to working with them more in the days to come!

Very disappointed in Tarheel Basement. A field inspector came to my house, said the foundation issue on my garage was "one of the worst he'd seen," which I knew already. Never sent an engineer on site before they had me demo the conrete slab of my garage. Day 1 of the repair...no one shows up. Day 2, two guys show up in flip flops and say they don't have the equipment they need and leave. Day 3, a small teams show up at 8:30am. The people with AFS were very easy to work with, Steve our inspector was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. they installed 2 sump pumps a Dehumidifier and encapsulated our crawl space with drains around the perimeter of the foundation.The crew that came out to do the install were very professional and friendly. Steve ******** came to view uneven cement on 2 areas of sidewalk leading to front porch. He was on time , even calling before to insure we would be available. He took his time viewing our issues and appears to have submitted an agreeable proposal.He was professional and an all around knowledgeable associate.
