Mitchell ******** came out to fix a leak in an evacuation pipe. Mitch diagnosed the issue quickly, informed me on how he was going to fix it and then allowed me to be part of the test procedure. That being said, IÂ’m more than happy with the excellent service and know that it has been fixed properly. Thanks Mitchell!!!

Tom B. was wonderful in so many ways. I needed a new dehumidifier for my encapsulated crawlspace. He showed up on time, had it on his truck and installed it same day. He had a great personality and was a joy to work with. Tarheel Basement does quality work!

Brad came out and gave us a reasonable quote. WeÂ’ve had the house for four years and have been saving up to fix the foundation which has been letting water in every time it rained. The only place for water to go was a floor drain, and weÂ’ve needed a sump pump for the heavy rains. Brad was very professional and answered all my questions.
