I had three different estimates. Ohio Basment Authority was the most professional of them all. Patrick came and took the measurements and gave me several different options. He drew a sketch of my basment on his tablet and showed me exactly what was going to happen. He was not pushy to make a sale.I would like to personally thank the crew from Ohio Basment Authority. The service has been excerpt from the start. The salesperson was clear and transparent providing full information in person and following up with written quotes. The installation went well.
