AFS did a great job recently in installing support beams, a French drain and sump pump in our basement. Wade S**** who provided the scope of work and the estimate, Aaron, the foreman, and (another) Aaron and Jay, technicians, were courteous, accommodating and diligent. The work was done in a timely and very professional way. I would recommend AFS without hesitation to anyone needing similar work. Chester S******

Josh, Adam and Bryant installed a sump pump and EZ Flow around the inside of my crawl space. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing and why, very professional. I recommend AFS !

FSM did a great job on our old home, so when we saw water after a rainfall after moving to a new place, I called them again. Ben ****** came out and gave us an estimate. He was punctual and thorough. As important, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly. COVID hit so the repairs were delayed, but when I called 18 months later, Ben was on it and didnÂ’t miss a beat. I was impressed.

Indiana Foundation put in push piers to stabilize the foundation on my house. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. I am completely satisfied.

Josh ***** came out to assess my concrete issue with my garage floor. His professional opinion was that the problem was different than what I thought was going on. Very honest and professional to the extent that it would not even require repair by his Company. How can you not have respect for that kind of honesty?

Service technician Adam ****** gave our three year old crawl space encapsulation a complete check over and while doing so discovered that the sump pump had stopped working. He quickly replaced it during the same appointment at no charge. Adam was thorough and knowledgeable. It seems these traits are hard to find these days. Adam explained that maybe our attic space was a little too damp due to the dark metal roof and suggested we find out if our air conditioner was compatible.
