I love Formula3. I didn't think it was possible to lose weight, gain strengths and flexibility all at the same time. Benji, Tatiana, Lindsay, Sue are all great trainers. Their program adopts a well-rounded approach that pushes you to challenge yourself with ease.

I joined Formula3 in April 2021, and I am HOOKED. If you are looking for variety and a challenge all under 1 roof, this is the place! If you are unsure, they have a limited time promotion of virtual classes for only $20 a month, which is great if you don't want to pay a hefty commitment price initially like other places! So glad I found this place!! I live in Martinez but frequently spend time in Walnut Creek and Lafayette. I've tried cycling classes and Orange Theory but when I found Formula3 on Google, I thought I'd give it a try. LOVE LOVE LOVE the FLOW class which is sort of like yoga but even better! Can't wait to kick 2020's rear end!

This place is everything you need and nothing you don’t, coupled with the very best instructors and staff. Easy location and killer classes - 5 stars!
