I just had a great truck-buying experience with Ford Fairfield! Marissa and Andrew could not have been better. Marissa found the truck I wanted at another dealer, and Andrew headed out in the rain to get it. Floods closed Rt 12, so he had to detour -- took HOURS. Meanwhile, Marissa guided me through the paperwork. Next day, Andrew delivered the truck to my house and it's beautiful. Everyone I worked with at Ford Fairfield could not have been nicer. I was a satisfied customer that became an employee for this great company.
Horrible service! I called for a week about a car they had for sale. The car was in for a recall for over a week I finally went to do paper work... The the price was raised by almost $3000. To list a price online at many different websites, and on Craigslist.... Then to raise the price while the paperwork is getting done.. That's wrong! Pro: Free parking, free WiFi, public restrooms, get store credit everytime buy services at dealership for future purchases. Con: Last 2x brought in my SUV they told me it was test driven but still had mechanical issues couldn't get off the lot so if you have a check engine light make sure someone REALLY test drives your car before paying. I went through so many dealerships to find my new car. But none of those dealerships were as amazing as Ford Fairfield. My car buying experience was turned from stress to no stress thanks to a very kind salesperson named Sunny. He is worth writing a review for and shows he genuinely cares about the customers! He walked me through every step and process of my purchase and turned this into a hassle-free experience. More dealerships should have sales people like Sunny! Good job Ford Fairfield!
Sunny helped my husband and I with the purchase of my "new to me" car and he was amazing! He wasn't pushy and was very polite, funny, and helpful. He made our car buying experience wonderful. The entire staff was also very nice and accommodating. Thank you all so much! I absolutely LOVE my new car!
