Worst service and dealership I have ever been to. The staff is deficient in customer service, and they have no regard to you or your time. It does not matter if you have an appointment, things do not get done here. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, you will be disappointed.
Service is a complete and total rip-off. When I was in a bind they wanted to charge me $18,000 for work that a Ford dealer 20 miles away did for $9,000. I suspected R.I.P.-off in the works; verified information through my own research, and then had the vehicle towed to another dealer. The work on an F250 Diesel that never should have happened to begin with. Beware: Sharks in the water in Fairfield!

Daryl was absolutely amazing. my wife and I looked for weeks on end for a quality used car that would be in the price range we wanted to be in and at Fairfield Ford we found it. I've been in the car business before and know how it can be when buying a car but this experience hands down has been the best ever.
