Return calls, do their job. Their finance department is bogus. Called general manager and still no response from finance. Eleven days and counting I have been waiting for them to do the right thing. I expected this from Hansel so I went to Fairfield hoping for a better experience, not so.

The quick lane service was fantastic! They were able to provide a premium oil change service as well as point out problems with my tires. They were able to locate four new tires in Benicia, have them delivered to Fairfield and have me back on the road in less than four hours. They are the only place I go to have my oil changed because they are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable!
