The Worst Customer Service ever!
This dealership is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. It's always the mechanic is not in today or the part is on back order or they are low manned. We've even been told that there are vehicles that need major engine work so they have to take care of those issues before they get to our truck. TWICE now they'd kept the truck for 2 weeks and we got the same excuses both times. Never will I EVER give them my business again. A little ridiculous..
RecommendedThis is one of best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I had been looking into buying a F-150 for a while. I visited several times to look and ask questions and each time they answered my questions and didn’t pressure me. I came in on Sunday and had the pleasure of working with Rafa, fantastic young man. By the end of the day I was driving home in my new 2018 F-150 Stx.
