I have had a horrible experience trying to buy my car at the end of the lease. After being charged almost $600 in "document processing" fees you would think I could get the paperwork needed to process my loan. When my boyfriend buys his next mustang we will likely be going somewhere else.

Knowledge on the electric vehicles was completely poor. We were told the vehicle would recharge overnight and drove the mileage needed as per our daily requirements. We ended up returning the car as it takes over 18 hours to fully charge and at a full charge could not drive the minimum mileage needed for our commute. I have purchased 2 cars here and was happy with the purchase experience. However, the service department is greatly lacking. My Ford Focus had a low brake fluid warning within a day of purchase. The service department just topped the fluid without investigating. We had to bring the car back twice before they actually fixed the problem. And now I'm trying to get my 1st oil change and they quoted a 2+ hour wait time at "quick lube". I don't have 2 hours to wait for a 30 minute service.
