If you have electrical problems go somewhere else. They will screw you truck up and then not know how to fix it.
I had my financing done elsewhere, so I can't comment on how they set you your payments, however, their sales man was fantastic and I'd give him 5 stars but their way of doing business is no trustworthy. They never returned my hold check and then they cashed it while never refunding my money. They promised to not deposit it and then they went ahead and did so and now they won't return my phone calls nor my money since Black Friday, 2014. Love the experience...I was dreading the process but Bryan made it painless.
I love my new 2014 focus hatchback. They didn't birddog me or harass me and let me look on their lot they let me buy a car they didn't try and sell me a car. I am very happy with the experience I had at Fairfield Ford

Total failure of a dealership. Your service department sucks. You have someones truck for almost a week, lie when they come in to check in on it. Then when they come in to pick it up you say we just started it's going to be another week. Can you recommend a different dealership in the area?

BEST SERVICE EVER!! Christian Guyer and Devin Abel were very professional and they were knowledgeable about the vehicles and my financing options. They were very accommodating during the entire process from start to finish. I was there with my very active 3 year old and they both assisted in keeping her happy and occupied.
