I have never been so disappointed with a dealership before. Issues like trying to raise the interest rate from what was on our contract, to taking 22 days to send payment to the bank for our trade in, along with not refunding the amount that was overpaid on the trade-in. I love the car but I will never do business with Fairfield Ford again!

Just Bought A 2014 Fusion had a Good Experience with the Sales Staff.
Out of all the vehicles we have purchased through other dealers this was the best by far. Maribell did not pressure us at all. She was up front about everything and did not say "Lets do a credit check first" she ran #'s on our trade in before doing anything. And to top it off she is Military and she just came back from a tour. So it just makes this better! Thank You Maribell for your help with the purchase of our new truck and for your service to our country.
Unfortunately, our first experience wasn't quite what we expected! We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and have encountered problems. Have had the van just over a month and the brakes needed replacing and then had to take it in for ignition problems as well. Even worse, can't get anyone to return calls when I leave messages. Doubt we will return for any future business.
A friend of mine recently went here to consider a new vehicle. He wandered around the salesfloor for a good 40 minutes or more and recieved not one greeting from any of the ten employees that he counted. Maybe the floor manager needs to put in more of an appearance so the sales people actually try to make sales.
Actually I heard Mr. Brinker's story a bit differently. The gentleman wasn't wandering around for 15 minutes. He only wandered around for about 5... then stood in front of a Focus for 15... then sat on a chair in front of it for 20 more... then left. Completely different story. ;)
I love Ford of Fairfield! Bought 2 cars here and will again. And they are a key business leader in our community with community giving.
I absolutely love this dealership. They give the best customer service ever!
