Rick and his team were very professional and did an outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors. Stayed on time and on the budget that Dan Satchell and I discussed. Connor Satchell, project manager, was very quick to address any of our concerns during project and ensured they exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend Footprints for all your hardwood flooring needs.

The floors look amazing! I will definitely hire them for my next project. My only small complaint is that we had a very specific window to do the job (we're selling our house) and it was a bit tough to nail down an exact start time and I felt I had to pester them a bit. But, the work was done well, in the timeframe that I specified, and on budget. I will definitely call them for my next job!

Communication was a bit difficult. Floors look good. Would have been nice if they cleaned the dust off the base boards.

I was impressed with Bryan's professionalism. Unlike the other bids, that kept adding charges for the little things, Bryan quoted me one price. However, after the work started, I was charged an additional $700 because the subflooring was not up to code. As a professional installer, I would think this would have been checked out prior to work being performed. In addition, the workers were sloppy, played loud, obnoxious music, and seemed to be concerned only with getting the job done as quickly as possible. I was not impressed... read more

All, I have never been so happy with the outcome of a project:). If I could rate from 0-5, I would rate this an 11!!!! Jason and his staff made it fun, affordable, honest and stayed right on plan.! This is the only bid that you will need and believe me , we had 10 bids. Marianne Webdell

Mark and Eric are an awesome team. Mark couldn't have been a better manager; he stayed in touch with me thoughout the installation of my beautiful wood floors. Eric was very professional, explained as he went along why he was doing things a certain way. It is obvious that Eric takes pride in what he does; we both were pleased with how the floor looks. Highly recommend Mark & Eric!
