the team was on time, worked quickly, and very conscientious of my home. They also moved furniture for me (not normally part of the service) The whole experience was pleasant and high quality

Footprints Floors did a wonderful job restoring the hardwoods in our old home. We were thrilled with the outcome and their flexibility in working with us. We had a slight issue with the crew being late and the owner himself called to apologize and fixed the problem. Their professionalism is top notch. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Steve and crew were very responsive and provided solid information and education. Only reason I didn't rate them all fives is to keep them on their toes, and customers always want it cheaper... All around would recommend to anyone
They were on time,neat finished the job which was estimated at 12 days in 5 days. It was a large project and would recommend them to finish or replace floors. Even the neighbors commented on how hard they worked.

Floors look great! Crew arrived and finished on-time.
We worked with Dan Satchell and he agreed to have the work done while we were on a vacation, using our neighbor and friend, Chris, to supervise and monitor progress. We came home last night to a beautiful wood floor job. The only issue we had and we expected it, was there is a fine layer of dust on the furniture which we are dealing with today.
