I had problems with scheduling and follow up. The work was good quality
Hired Footprints mainly because they were the first to call and want to come out to do the bid...impressed by Bryan's professionalism. Subcontractor for them did the work. He did a nice job and was pleasant to work with. I would've preferred that he do the caulking in the seams, but that was the only thing. Floors look great.
The finished floor looks good. The installatuon took longer than promised, due to daily late starts of the installers.
We hired Footprints to refinish our hardwood floors and tile 2 bathrooms with ceramic tile in our rental property. All work needed to be complete by a specific date. Footprints attempted to adjust scheduling when an employee called in sick. However, the tile work was not completed on time. Work teams for both projects did not clean up. The sales guy came to my house and we discussed what needs to be done. His guys came few days later on and they did a terrible job. Apparently this company use other contractors to do their job and the contractor is not reliable. They messed up my base boards and tile works around the house with wood stains. He brought in another handy man to fix the problem and it took more that 3 weeks to get a job of 2 days done. Had a professional crew who completed project in a few hours. Brought all supplies needed and cleaned up very well. New floor looks very nice.
they were very prompt. came very quickly to give a quote and the work was done 3 days after I received the quote.
We interviewed several companies prior to hiring Footprints, asking detail questions about process, products, schedule. We made the right choice.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our project done by Footprints, LLC. The floor is beautiful and the people we worked with were professional, experienced and pleasant to work with.
