Sub contractors are used. Someone different here every day of project. No continuity and limited communication on schedule/expectations unless we asked for update. Would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time. Project took 3 days longer than planned.

Refinished floors and redid stairs in an old historic house. Very fast and did a great job. Some confusion on the statement of work so just ensure you know what you want and it is communicated. Great to work with.

We had wood floors at two entry ways and kitchen installed to replace old tile flooring. Wood flooring looks great! The only issue we had was scheduling and amount of time it took but Dan took care of us in the end. We are very satisfied and would recommend Footprints Floors.

The owner Mark is very hands on. Eric did most of the complete install and took pride in his work. Due to the weather it took a couple extra days to complete, but they communicated very well with us, which goes a long way for me. Overall a very good experience!

The floor had a cracked tile, but when I called them, they came out the next day and fixed the problem

They use contractors to do the install of hardwood flooring. I had 2 different contractors and communication was lacking. As well I'm still walking on nails/staples that were left after the project. My walls have black marks from the air compressor. Luckily I'm painting. The contractors asked to borrow things like a butter knife and a cable for their radio. they may have been fired. The second set of contractors were nice and more knowledgable but communication was more difficult and one of them seemed really annoyed/angry. ... read more
