Initial quote process was quick and easy. Job quality was about as close to perfect as one can expect. Job time went over the estimate by a couple days which is my only complaint.
They are friendly and eager to answer my questions. The value and quality were worth the money.
Great job and good customer service. Needed to return for a couple of minor adjustments, but responded well to request for those adjustments.
Fast and efficient workmen. Excellent customer service in explaining process and assuring I got the finish I wanted.

I started getting estimates on Monday - the work is already done!!!! USE THIS COMPANY! From the beginning - Laurie Jo about sold me on the phone alone, Steve was exceptional - honest, very experienced, friendly yet patient - he listened to every question and concern without interruption and with great answers. An owner was our 1st contact, very pleasant, professional on our initial bid. The foreman of the company was very arrogant when we were dealing with him on our issues with the install and damage to an appliance and cabinet front in our kitchen. I sent several (2) emails to the owner and his office, never received any contact back from him regarding our issues. Footprints worked with my changing schedule, and still got the project done on time. They worked through a potentially difficult problem and the floors look great!
