Very professional, prompt, and got the job done in the time promised.
The floors turned out great! The only drawback was the crew was not prompt in arriving in the mornings.

Jason and the crew were here on time and completed the job in the time allotted. the floor looks so much better and we will be proud to have people in our home. would recommend footprints to anyone.
Wow! These folks are terrific! The sales guy was knowledgable, really nice, and very patient. I ended up not only going with new floor but sanding and staining existing floors. The water based products now making the process so much less invasive (one day to strip, sand, stain) and after 6 hours, move furniture back. The match between the new and old floors is spot on. A few days before the job was scheduled, we were informed that an electrician had to come set up a 220 outlet and it would cost $400! We were not happy that this was not included in the estimate. We got a local handyman to do it for $20 at the last minute. Also, there was no one there during the day who spoke English. We were staying in the basement and they left for the day with all the windows closed and we had no access to the thermostat. Close communication is important.
They did great job and I am very happy with the result.
