They did a great job, fast, and cleaned up. I will be calling them back for my future flooring jobs.
I purchased the materials myself because I had planned on doing the project myself, but decided to hire a company to do it. There are some odd angles in the area and I knew that would create a certain amount of waste pieces, but I don't feel they did anything to reduce the amount. I found several planks that had only a couple inches taken off and then discarded, when the same plank could have been reused. Working with John from footprints floors was terrific! He consistently showed up on time, did top notch work installing our new floors and was a pleasure to deal with. If your looking for a company who provides great customer service along with professional work I suggest using John and his team!
I found John to be very professional. All the way from the estimate through the finished work as well as the follow-up he was prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and the manner in which he accomplished it. I will highly recommend him and his crew.

Totally professional from start to finish.They love what they do and they do it well!!!
The floors that were put into our bedrooms are beautiful! The workers were somewhat unreliable and showed up several times with needed equipment to start work. They would have to leave and return later with necessary equipment. They did a nice job laying the floors, however, and were efficient once they started working. Thank you for our new floors!
