Put my refrigerator outside, water lines froze and broke. Had to have fixed they reimbursed payment immediately.
Good customer service. Nice people to do business with.
Definitely more expensive than other quotes that I received but it's no denying that the finished product was absolutely beautiful. The crew (Erick and Marcellous) were both extremely professional and did a wonderful job!!!

Footprints was awesome.....their prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. They were on time, very communicative and best of all, my floors look brand new after having them refinished with Footprints! I would recommend them to anyone to use!

Late to arrive and wrapped up fast. But in working fast they made an extreme amount of unnecessary noise.
Fast completion. Looked really good. Not cheap. It's been about a month and some of the shine is gone. I hope it doesn't keep having the finish come off. All in all great job time will tell if it was worth the cost.
Carpet installation was extremely fast and professional. Three bedrooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs in about 3 hrs.
I was very happy with the quality and service provided by footprints floors. The crew was awesome! They showed up on time and when they left each day my house was spotless. I would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone considering having their hardwood floors installed or refinished.
