I waited 5 hours to have a routine service done and was told that they thought I had left after I told them I was waiting when I dropped in to get service completed. They gave me a 10% discount give or take for the trouble. I was given a time frame of 1- 1 1/2 hours to do the work. I was still charged over 200.00 for the work completed. They never checked on me and I had to go and ask when my jeep would be completed. Worst experience I have ever had at this dealership.
Had an awesome experience. Everyone was great, super friendly, great conversation and not just about cars. Even drove the vehicle to me so I didn’t have to walk in the rain with my newborn. �
Really lazy finance department! This is the second or third time I have come down. I will not come back after getting emails talking about we have something that will work. What a joke.
I have dealt with this dealership twice and they have been wonderful both times. This week I was contacted by Moriah Foston to possibly upgrade my Jeep Renegade that was only two years old. She was a very helpful saleslady, as well as the financial department, and I drove off the lot with a new Renegade Trailhawk that is wonderful. More power, stronger 4WD and brand new. If you like waiting on hold on the phone, salesmen, sales managers, and now Business Development Managers not returning calls or communicating with you..... Folsom lake dodge is the place for you. Complete waste of my time. I recommend seeking other local dealships for the buying experience and customer service you all deserve. If I could rank a 0 star I would. If you decide to shop at this dealership, do so at your own risk. You all have been warned.
If you want to get the job done this is the place to go. The service people here are some of the best I have dealt with since I've owned my Dodge.
