Had a great experience on Thursday. With a hectic day and tons of errands to run my fiancee and I were short on time. The service department got my Magnum and her Ram 1500 on the racks right away. Two oil changes, inspections, fluid checks and top offs and one tire rotation. We were out of there promplty. Such a great experience and value with the coupons from their website. We will definitely be back in 3000 miles. Thanks again Folsom Lake Dodge!
I paid $1989.00 for a "lifetime maintenance portfolio". The new owner cancelled the contract "because he was losing too much money on them". Unfair. Unethical. I am mad.
Worst experience ever! There is not a competent member of management from sales, parts or service. The GM is nonexistent. Pretty sure he hides from issues in his office. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever!
