I had to have a door handle replaced which required I wait a while. Jason made sure I was comfortable and not in need of anything. Jeff was my service rep and kept me informed while I waited.
Friendly atmosphere the sales people are very professional and management is just on top of it all. We feel very welcomed at Folsom Lake Jeep. The sale manager always goes above and beyond to get us the best deal. This will be out 2nd jeep within a year. I recommend this dealership to every one.

I dreaded having to go to a dealership and deal with some shady (not all are) car salesman, but was pleasantly surprised by the overall great experience. It was late in the evening, pretty sure it was close to closing time, yet everyone still looked genuinely happy to help and were well informed. Went with a friend to get clarification on her Finance paperwork as she felt like she was taken advantage of regarding her insurance & the rate she ended up with.
