The best service department by far. Been taking my jeep there for years. Robert Towe is my service Rep. He used to work at chrysler jeep in Roseville however when he left there so did I.... He has been my service guy sense 2001. I bought my new jeep here in Folsom in 2010 and never have had any problems getting my needs met. Thank you Robert Towe for your dedicated service and repore. You are the best...
Just wanted to thank Shawn the service writer for making my visit with you very pleasant during my recall and warranty visit. He listened to me and understood my needs, made sure we got everything possible done in one visit, got me in a courtesy car and sent me on my way! Thank you !! He understood that I have to drive 90 minutes to get service and was very accommodating to my needs
