Just got a car from them March 9 it's March 19 car has transmission issue and check engine light turned on and car has a smell to it like over heating smell I knw I didn't mess a car up in 10 days ..it's very upsetting now I'm stuck with a car that looks like is going to be pain in the ass

All I tried to do was to see if it was feasible to get into a cheaper car as my wants and needs have changed. Ali was super nice to deal with. I was in the booth closest to the desk, and very audibly heard whoever the hell the desk manager is laugh at how much they thought my current car is worth versus how much I owe. Very unprofessional, and very disappointed. That alone made me leave without hearing out Ali out.
