The whole dealership sucks what more do I need to say
The purchase of my vehicle went well, and the vehicle has been great. However, every time I bring my vehicle in for an oil change, it’s been awful. They don’t allow for appointments with an oil change and run on a “first come, first served” basis. However, regardless of the time/day I’ve come in, the wait has always been HOURS. THANK YOU! Every time I bring my Durango in, service always takes care of me. Jeff was so responsive and diligent with communicating with me and keeping me up to date with everything that goes on. I brought my vehicle in the Friday before Christmas, he was very open that parts needed to be ordered, And that there would be a little bit of delay because of Christmas. I don’t normally pre-judge but I was skeptical and everyone at the dealership was super nice! Their service department was very efficient and the facility was warm and comfortable, not to mention I loved being able to sit and view a few of their vehicles on display inside the showroom.
