A flippant “...you can go somewhere else for your service” was a statement said to me after I asked for my money back. Next was a mocking “seriously” after I ask if he was serious that it would take corporate a few days to get me a check. Was a great Experience getting a 2nd Vehicle. Was looking toward Future Ford, but that was a a BIG Pain. FLD was MUCH better. Now I know why my Father suggested it, and only Deals with FLD :D I forgot the Gentleman's Name (I know possibly starts with a K, has 2 Es at the end of the 1st Name), but he was awesome. Sorry, Man, terrible with 1st time Names. LOL. Wish he had a Card with him.

On 5/27/2020, I spoke with Chris and asked about new Durangos. He steered me toward a used Durango instead. He explained that it was a 2019 and well maintained, the previous owners took very good care of it. So we drove all the way up to Folsom lake Dodge from Galt to see the vehicle. When we made it up and they pulled it around so that we may see it, it had an overwhelming smell of marijuana from 20ft away. Had a horrible experience at another dealership so we left and luckily we did. Had a GREAT experience with sales associate Bob Johnson and General Sales Manager Eric Gibson. Got a great deal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler!
My father in-law bout a Jeep from them they told him that they to put new tires on it before they lay him taken it they charge him for the tires that was a week ago and they just keep giving him the run around about it getting done I’m sorry but when someone comes in a put cash down on your desk and says I want this Jeep doesn’t even ask to drop the price then you screwed him on getting it to him he calls and they just beat around the bush about getting it done and to him .
