I have had nothing but problems since the ******* has switched from ********* to FNBO. I put my checking account into the system so that I could pay my bills online. For some reason their system keeps telling them it is not a valid checking account. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong, instead of trying to figure out why the problem was occurring in their system. Had a 4500 dollar credit limit. Paid it off and they dropped it to 1000 no reason or explanation.

Highly Suspicious lack of transparency. Just getting started with the new BP program, but I getting a very bad taste. eMails about logons are coming from ' ***************************** ' and nothing in the emails identifies them as coming from FNBO in any way. All other banks and CC processors I deal with clearly identify themselves in all communications. I am leaving. There is no call center support 4 customers. I held the line over 1 hour waiting to report a lost card. The only can support payments over the phone. Unacceptable.

I have been with FNBO for over ten years and have been very happy with them. However, about two weeks ago, I noticed that my "Available Funds" field on the app and website was missing. I could only see the balance field, but not any pending transactions. I called FNBO, and the first associate and supervisor said it appeared to be a bug. They suggested I talk to their tech group. Wish I could do negative 10 review, worst banking & credit card experience. Terrible customer service and policies, make it hard for customer when experiencing a hardship. Randomly lower credit limit and close account and will steal your points. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! *********** has been fantastic for me!!!!

I started doing business with this bank when they bought the credit card that was formerly known as Murphy Gas Stations. They are mostly located near ********. And since I shop there a lot, it was easy to get my gas there. They offered 5 cents off a gallon which was great as I drive a lot. They stopped doing that when FBNO took over but it was still ok because Murphy's still has the cheapest gas in town where I live.
