I will go along with the other reviewers. I had an account with FNB Omaha for more than 5 years, with excellent payment history, and asked them to lower my APR. They said no, wouldn't discuss it, and I have absolutely never had that kind of discussion with a credit card company. Their rates went up over the years, I would suggest staying away from this company.
Beware! We obtained a credit card from this company through a mail offer they sent us and felt it was a good move at the time.....WOW, bad idea. The interest rate was, well, horrible to say the least even though we had decent credit scores (~715 or so) but since the offer was no interest for X months we didnt think it mattered. HOWEVER, upon receiving our first bill after we moved about $3000 to this account we had a minimum payment of ~$250 on a no interest card..... 5/21/2020. Just received a letter in the mail dated 5/14/2020, stating my account was (already ) closed due to: Long Term Inactivity. I've have the card since Nov 18. Ending #2361. I never used the card. It was active. I had in it in case of an emergency. Can you imagine IF I NEEDED IT DURING THESES COVID-19 TIMES of people being out of work!!?? My god! I have received over the last year, at least 10 junk-emails from them, INCLUDING ONE EMAIL ON MAY 19 (AFTER EVIDENTLY MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, UNBENOUNCED TO ME!). NOT ONE EMAI... read more
