I opened a secured account two years ago and payed off my balance a year ago. They just closed my account, because it shows on my credit report. I called to find out why and when will I get my deposit back and they replied its not closed, but clearly it is.

On February 15, 2022, I applied for a ************* Credit Card, for which I intended only to use for gasoline purchases at a local **** Gas Station. On March 14, I received a letter from them, in which they now claim that they can't continue with my application unless I provide the following information within 20 days: 1. We've used their business credit card for over a decade, paying in full every month. Dec. our check must have been lost or delayed in the mail during the holidays. They turned our card off for usage (we run a small non-profit) and began contacting us for payment collections. I explained the situation & that we'd never had any issues until then. I was advised to put a stop pay on the check and re-issue to include the late fee (that I could dispute later), and pay Jan and Feb bills together, which I did. They then tacked on a ... read more

FNBO I applied for a **** credit card after they had sent me many requests to do so since I bought my **** Ranger. FNBO sent me a letter back wanting a copy of my driver's license, w-2's for two years, and a copy of my social security card. I have had excellent credit and have not been asked for this in forty years. I own my own home and have paid for my new **** Truck, and I am debt free. So I've been a member of this bank for 2 almost 3 years and as of today I'm no longer. I've never missed a payment on my card and rarely ever used it. It was stolen from me and acquired charges on it that were not mine. The bank refused to dispute it off. Then as I'm working the days to get figured out they hit my credit for past due and dropped my score 71 points . My credit card was randomly cancelled because they thought that I was dead. I checked with my own bank, Social Security and local funeral homes and NOT ONE OF THEM had ANY notification re: my death. They just decided to close my account based on WHAT I don't know When I called to get my questions answered was tolt that I had to send documents to prove I was alive. It's the worst bank I've ever had a card from they will shut your card off randomly without calling you I've been apart of this bank for 5 years and was treated terrible "2nd class citizen" so do not under any circumstances use that card as a back up cause it wil fail when you call to ask for help if you are in a pinch they will get back to you in a few day when they feel like it DO NOT GET ONE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Horrible company. Closed my acct they said I had too many inquiries on my credit this year. I explained I had bought 2 new cars and an RV. But that did not matter. Worst credit card ever

***************************** They offered 25,000 Sun Country air miles if you charge $1,500 with their FNBO Sun Country card within 90 days. I spent the required amount within the required time and FNBO refused to honor their promotion. Spoke to many FNBO employees at many levels and all of them refused to honor their promotion. This is an outright scam! This is not an honorable company and they totally misrepresent their special offer to lure consumers to get their credit card, charge $1,500 and pay an Annual Fee.
