This bank decided to close my business Credit card account after requesting documents that i paid to get notarized and summited as they requested. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Waste of time and cost me alot of money while conducting business down in Cancun Mexico. Absolutely unreasonable and unethical and the Fraud department is ********* uneducated about business.

This bank decided to close my account after I inquired about using my rewards points at a car dealership. The rewards program would double the amount of the rewards I have accumulated when used at a ***** dealership. I have had many credit cards for decades with perfect payment records and have never experienced something so underhanded as this. I had accumulated almost $70 and this is what they do. This done by a corporation is tantamount to bullying and deception. I wonder if they just don't like minorities.

I opened a credit card with First National Bank of Omaha approximately 2 months ago. I used the card several times and each time was a problem (I should have seen this coming). I attempted to log in to make a payment and when I did so I was locked out. I have called several times to resolve the situation as this has now been flagged as high risk on my credit report. Scam alert here for a terrible business operation. After having a credit card with this organization for a year plus, they sent a letter to cancel the account for no reason. Account had a credit balance, was paid on-time, every time and never missed a payment. Their own service center confirmed that they regularly cancel accounts and that my information was correct. Unbelievable!

I forgot to make my credit card payment and paid it a few days later... they decreased my credit limit by over $3500 and that dinged my credit...this is the second time they have done this...I'm just trying to pay this card off so I can do away with this bank.

This bank is absolutely horrible. They send me a pre-qualified offer in the mail. They issue me a card and almost a year later they just canceled it. I have very good credit and have never missed a payment for any of my obligations. They give me a card with a 5900 dollar limit. I had exactly a 264 dollar balance at the time they canceled my card. I have never had more than a 300 dollar balance on this card. I called them to ask why they canceled my card and they tell me, almost a year after I received my card that I have too... read more

I was a loyal customer for 25 years, having tens on thousand $$ in my checking accounts with 0 interest. I paid for a hotel in Italy with the FNBO **** assuming that they do not have foreign exchange fees like any other ****. I called customer service and asked for a one-time exception and I was told NO. Closing all my accounts. This bank is pure stupidity, it's their loss. Bank was making thousand $$ loaning people the money that I kept in my checking accounts. Plenty of smart banks, no reason to do business with stupid ban... read more

FNBO mislead me to apply for one of their credit cards. I applied thru the prequalify link on their website, and it said that I qualified for $8,000 credit limit with a 22% APR. I received a letter in the mail to apply, and that I was one of the very few to receive that credit card offer. When I applied, I was denied. FNBO mislead me to apply for their credit cards. This is false advertising ********** on their part.
