The wait is horrible. If it was busy I could understand. It wasn’t.
If there was a zero star I would use it. My daughter checked in for an outpatient procedure at 11am today. Throughout the day they told Abbey Dr Torrance was delayed with other patients. At 7 pm, still no,procedure and my daughter was told that Dr Torrance left to celebrate her anniversary. My son in law missed work to be with my daughter and there has not even been an apology. This is ridiculous. Torrance should be punished for her lack of professionalism and the fact that she does not care about her patients.

Don't go here false advertisement at its best.... 30 mins or less to be seen?? Was just there shortness of breath spent 2 hrs in waiting still didn't get seen I walked out!!!!!

I wanted to do a shout out to all the kind and efficient employees in the ER of Flowers Hospital. I'll admit that I ended up waiting 3 hours in the wait room before going back to a room but there was a constant flow of patients coming in. My condition wasn't as severe as others there so I understood having to wait until a bed was available. I blame SAMC for that influx of patients. The doctor and nurses were great and the admittance personnel were very good at keeping everyone in order. I don't think I have ever had a bad ex... read more
