The billing department certainly isn't doing their job. They neglected to file my insurance and then turned it over to collections. How do you get these people to do their job?
Flowers hospital is a joke. My bike was hit in parking lot and the person left the scene. Security told me they have no security cameras in the parking lot and the ones at the front only see so far. I will not stand for this and will be taking further actions asap.

We just had our second son this week and we stayed there for 3 days and we were very pleased with our stay. Every nurse or other staff member that took care of us was very friendly and didn't hesitate to get anything my wife and I needed. Great hospital.
I had gallbladder surgery there yesterday. From registration, pre-o, holding area, the or and post-op everyone was professional and courteous and had taken good care of me.

The staff in labor and delivery and 2nd floor post partum have been excellent! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Jennifer is definitely one of the best nurses here! She even took a few minutes to sit and hold our baby girl instead of just running in and out.
