Board member 1: I know we have a system that requires surgical patient's families to stay upwards of 8 hours, let's be sure to give them proper accommodations... Board member 2: Hold on, I'm gonna let you finish, but hear me out; what if we made them sit in the same seats you are supposed sit in to typically wait less than an hour for a doctor appointment?
