No one deserves to be talked to or treated the way I was last night. I have never dealt with such a rude nasty nurse. I will never go there again after that. The ladies at registration were wonderful. Triage nurse was wonderful. Unfortunately the rudeness and lack of compassion, and the words of one outweighed the kindness of 3.
If I could give Dr. Hoveys office 0 stars I would. He sent a patient to the lab knowing it closed at 4:30. He made a very sick patient sit in the waiting room to be seen and was very unprofessional.
The one thing you can do for the greatest results, communication, is extremely lacking with the doctors here. Nursing care is awesome
Last week my 4 year old son broke his clavicle at the trampoline park. He was in a lot of pain so I took him to the ER at flowers. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by two very sweet receptionists. They got us back very quickly. From that moment on every nurse, x-ray tech, and doctor was extraordinary. They treated my scared and in pain child like he was royalty. They made a very stressful situation so much better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical attention.
I had to take my husband to the ER this morning around 7:30 AM. From Dr. Miller to Ms. Rita..Head Nurse to Amy and Christian in the CT Imaging Lab and Victorika..in EKG, we were so impressed..We were told everything which was going to be done, and they were all cheerful and so pleasant with such personalities. They MADE our experience especially IF you have to go to an ER> Thank you all so much for all you did for us...Flowers Hospital is fortunate to have you all!. The Doctors are beyond rude and so are the nurses. It’s like the dress the clean up crew to look like doctors and nurses. I’ve seen better and more qualified people working at McDonald’s. I would not bring a dead dog here and if your smart DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE EITHER.......TERRIBLE SERVICE
I received excellent care from the nurses on 2 South, everyone in surgery and Dr Johnston. All the nurses were super awesome but there was an LPN named Melissa that went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable..
Chuck in ER was great! Tracy Carter is such a patient advocate. Angela , Christa and Chris on 2nd floor are also fantastic.
