Worst ER EVER I WAS TOLD BY A NURSE IN THE BACK THAT YOUR WAIT TIME AND PLACE IN LINE IS “BASED ON THE TRIAGE NURSES OPINION “ yet I’ve been loosing blood since I got here. And all the dope heads keep getting called to the back. Another nurse told me they don’t have any nurses that’s why it’s so slow. JUST PITIFUL. SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HOSPITAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO DALE MEDICAL CENTER BEFORE HERE. TERRIBLE
This is the worst ER moment. Have been waiting over 2 hours from m car accident and was put in tiny room with several crying babies. Headache is tremendous and crying babies don’t help.
I have never had a bad experience at Flowers Hospital! It is the only Hospital I will go to for an emergency!
The entire experience! treats drug dealers better than a patient having surgery in this hospital. They are rude and hateful and had me more scared and crying than they did to relax me. I will die before I go back to this hospital. They ask for money up front before you even know why or how much. They put you in tiny rooms. No one smiles. I just wanted to share and say the ER nurse Katie is awesome and should be rewarded for her outstanding job she does and Jason the ER director should also be rewarded he his a nice make you feel at home kinda guy

Worst hospital ever!! Time to pay your bill?Nastiest customer service reps ever. You Want to set up a payment plan? Sure as long as it’s what they want you to pay. Not what u can afford! They don’t try to help you at all.If you pay what you can, they will still send you to collections. ( makes absolutely no sense, since you ARE paying.) oh yeah, they DO SUE you for none payment of hospital bills! Even if you are paying something..
