ER staff and billing! ER was uncoordinated and wrap was incorrect (the assistant looked like a 12 year old boy!). Got a bill, paid and still getting collection calls! (after I sent in copy of check that was paid immediately after first billing!)
RecommendedFlowers Birthing Center has been great! A totally different experience from the lousy care we received at Andalusia Regional 4 yrs ago. The staff geniunely cares and is there at every little need, regardless of what it was. If you choose to come here, I hope you get Caitlin in the post-partum. She is an extraordinary nurse and as great as they come! Good Job to all nurses, doctors and staff! ☆☆☆☆☆
Worst uneducated doctors for Crohns disease in my life. Absolutely terrible. Even my son was misdiagnosed when he went. GO TO UAB IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE
Worst experience EVER. 6 hours into ER visit nothing done but blood taken. Complete numbness in left arm/hand (still numb next day after) and they could’ve cared less. Rude nurse made comment “You’re sleeping awful good to have pain” Nurse needs to learn people skills and pain or not when her rude self starts working 12-14 hr days 7 days a week she would be sleeping too after 6 hours in a waiting room. Thankful for the wonderful care on the 2nd floor/Pediatric unit. Dr. Mclendon and his nurses/staff gave excellent care to our son while recovering from the flu these past couple of days! The food was good too!
might want to check some of your nurses attitudes. absolutely uncalled for rudeness and lack of attention for a child running a fever of 103. and having an allergic reaction to the medicine given. they didnt even notice i had to find 2 different people and tell them. horrible. just horrible. never again. — in Dothan, Alabama.
Amazing staff that CARE!
The ER wait time is crazy ridiculous ...my wife is in really bad pain and I am sitting here helpless as she cries over my shoulder
I would like to send out a great big thank you to the nurses and staff of the 4th floor. All the nurses were very supportive and kind. Housekeeping was just as wonderful. Not a single bad word about the floor. Now on a different note the doctor that treated my mother in law when she first arrived I will call him Dr.S. I do NOT have a single kind word to say about you.
