horrible service never ever will I go back there for treatment
Recommendedi had an epidural in out patient this morning. I have had many Epidural s at many facilities. Flowers beats them all. The staff was friendly, professional and was very concerned about my comfort. wayne sutton Greenwood Florida
Amazing staff that cares about patients. I have had nothing short of exceptional customer service recently as a family member is hospitalized and we are unable to be physically present due to COVID. The staff have went above and beyond to communicate and update us during our family member’s stay. From the security staff to the nurses and doctors, each one has been great. The kindness shown by the staff at Flowers has meant the world to us while we wait on the recovery of our loved one.
The staff, nurses and doctors are great. But could get better services in North Korea. That’s because any personal care has been done away with to cut company overhead. Thus leaving patients ready to check out at 8AM to wait snd maybe get checked out that night because the Dr. that discharges the patients (apparently there is only one) is busy at some other hospital. This will be the last time I come here for anything.
We recently lost our sister, Cathy. She was in MICU3 while at Flowers. I would like to thank Jeff for his compassionate, professional care he provided her and the willingness to spend time with us, explaining things so we completely understood the situation. His professionalism should set the standard. Other noteworthy nurses were Trianna (sp?) and Jenny and Alex who were also excellent.

I have always used flowers with myself and all 3 of my kids. Tonight I hated to take my daughter to the ER because of the madness going on. But when my daughter is crying in pain I’m going to take her to be seen. We were greeted by the most rudest person I have ever met. She basically acted like they didn’t wanna see a child during this time. I was in total shock how she talked so snappy with me in front of my 5 year old who’s having stomach pains. To make it short we left and came to southeast. WILL NOT be going back!
