Spent the evening in the ER with my husband. So glad we have chosen Flowers Hospital for our care. Every experience there has been top notch. Thank you to the ER staff and NP Matt Lee for taking care of us!

My Husband had Robotic Hernia Surgery at Flowers Hospital last week. Thanks to Dr Fendley, Dr Hughes, John (Anesthesia), Latita Michelle, Teresa, Linda (OPS), Eric, Juliana, Jennifer, Beverly, (Surgery), Beth (Recovery) , Anesthesia Clinic phone assessment nurse and Registration clerk. Also thanks to everyone behind the scenes who made things run smoothly. All staff were professional, courteous and responsive to needs/requests. ROBOTIC SURGERY is the way to go!!! Thanks to all for making us feel safe.
This hospital sucks!!!!!!!! This place pissed me off!! Told me to go to the outpatient to register . I was waiting for 40 minutes. Then they call me up and told me to go to the er and register. Now waiting again because they don’t have the paper work! I have appointment at 7:30! Somebody needs to get there crap together!!
their billing department is borderline criminal. I was quoted $600 for a procedure at the cash/self pay price. I have received several Bill's for over $7,000 and spent several hours on the phone with billing. I have had my account reconciled and zeroed out twice now, only to receive an additional bill last week. Every time I call about this issue I have had to be transferred 2 to 5 times and explain the situation each time. I will never be at flowers hospital for any reason ever again. My two year old son had an accident at the trampoline park on Sunday 9/2/18 and broke his leg. It wasn’t obvious, but I knew based on the way he was acting that something wasn’t right. Registration was very nice and quick, the triage nurses heard me out and noticed that my son was in serious pain. Even with a full ER they got us seen and an XRay quickly.
