The ER wait time is ridiculous. Mike Vickers doesn't need to be over housekeeping. My room was only cleaned good by 2 housekeepers and the other days my room was filthy. I called him to compliment the 2 housekeepers and have yet to hear from him. They also have some bad patient techs. The new hospitalist are not good either. A good hospital gone bad !!
Had my Mother taken to the ER because she was in terrible pain and couldn’t walk. After 5 hours of nothing but an X-ray they sent here home with a few pain pills. Brought her to a different hospital in Birmingham and found that she had 3 fractured vertebrae. Had surgery and is doing much better. Will not go to Flowers again.

bc they won't treat my mom we brought her in tonight and she has a UTI her bladder has 518 in it and they won't give her no pain meds and they want to send her home and told us to call hospice so I guess when you bring your loved ones here they just send them home to die what a shame flowers hospital what a shame
Once again Flowers gets ALL Stars ✨ took my son who was having trouble breathing. Tested positive for strep. Thank You is Never enough for my Flowers ER team! Thank You Brandy Grantham, Natally and Dr Preyear for taking care of my son!
When my grandfather fell and broke his hip back in August. They took the Best care of him around the clock care. They came every time the button was mashed. They help him get up and start walking again. I'm so Thankful
I recently had outpatient surgery at flowers. this was my first time ever having surgery besides when I had my babies years ago. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable. they never left my side, they were very informative. Dr Hagler, OBGYN is the one who did my surgery...he's the best Dr ever. I highly recommend flowers. they even mailed me a get well card with all the nurses signature who cared for me during the whole procedure.
The hospital staff is awful. The nurse station is busy with people. But they just sit there and do NOTHING. When you need something for a patient they just say o will let a nurse know. I mean really. 4 times in an hour to have someone come and attend to the patient it ridiculous and one would think an embarrassment to a hospital. There is no care what so ever. Don’t send loved ones to this hospital especially if you are wanting them to get better
