I am an employee of Flowers Hospital, but my mother in law spent the last month there due to Covid, she had amazing care from the ER to 4 South, to SICU, back to 4 South to finally 5th floor! She never used Flowers till I worked there... and I am happy she got the best care available! Special shout out to Kerry, Savannah, and Mychel on 5!

Went to ER with a kidney stone and was immediately seen. The level of service was exceptional. Logan, Chuck, Kaylee and Dr. Preyear went above their job duties to make sure I was taken care of and I am extremely grateful!

Staff members lie to patients and management does nothing about it. Students who are not fully trained are performing procedures and examinations without supervision. Lost all confidence in healthcare after recent experience in radiology department. The radiologist won’t answer question clarifying report. Staff circles back and more lies. Terrible customer (patient) cares and services and lack of compassion for patient. Sad that we have such a hard time getting adequate healthcare locally.

All of the nurses and staff on the labor and delivery floor are absolutely amazing. Each of them have been so kind to my husband and I. Also registration and transportation staff was so sweet and accommodating!

Took my son to the ER after being told by the emergency nursing line to take him. when we arrived we were told we had to stand in line that there were 20 people in front of us waiting to be checked in, I then told the lady standing in the ER doorway what the nursing line told me to do. because my son had been running 102-104 fever for 6 days, I asked if we could sit in my car and wait but she told me not if I wanted to keep my spot in line. my daughter waited for over an hour with her mouth stuck open hurting horribly and not 9n time did a dr. come in, when I went out there the nurse said it would be another hour!!!! hero's my foot!!!!
