My nurse in ER was Libby and she was the sweetest she took care of me My Dr was Dr. Osborne she was great as well my EKG tech was Olivia truitt and she was amazing also. Let's just say they took very good care of me and I give them 5 stars!
From the beginning, The greeters were polite showed me were to sit so my walk wouldn't be so long due to pain The registrar was courteous and prompt, she was I was in agony ,she called for transport, they were prompt, I got my destination, , the nurses, the Dr, were very courteous, made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, even with a,spiked bp, and heart rate ,they moved promptly ,kept my family notified, talked me thru the procedure told me everything that was done, went over my discharge instructions with me, I was ve... read more
I had outpatient surgery of burning pain nerves with laser in my left knee I need left knee replacement I can't have until I get my weight down. Well today 8/23/17 I do feel a little soreness in tender spots but it's a week old. I thank Dr. Dustin Lash for his great bedside manner and the staff in operating room and out up to discharge. My mother went to the ER Saturday afternoon and was admitted. Her bed linens were never changed, neither was her hospital gown., my sister requested a clean hospital gown and never got one! She was released Monday afternoon, someone finally came and cleaned her room Monday afternoon, the day she was released! Very dissatisfied with everything during her stay. I do not know what has changed, but it is definitely not for the better!
Exceptional people! Joanna, one week before surgery. You are fantastic, not a bruise on me when you took blood, others have gone fishing in my veins. Mary at pre-op another exceptional nurse. She went over all my information and it was right. She also put in my IV without any problems, truly a miracle worker. Best hospital in chest pain shortness breath got me right in right out antibiotics two shots stress reducer hate needle out site out mind for me so don't get addictive amazing nurses doctors and staff really care did the job.... Love you Thank you Mr Terry Mrs Angus all staff helped today did there jobs symptoms not feeling good hope antibiotic helps love you all
They consider the father a guest in labor & delivery They make family members leave for a guest to come in.Horrible experience!!
