Pushy sales strategy We have been Mercedes owners for three generations. We leased a car from Fletcher Jones 4 years ago from a pushy sales person "Mr. Pon Chen". We didn't want to deal with this sales person any more but starting from 6 months before the end of our lease Pon Chen and his assistant Michelle started to call us 3-4 times a week, even though my wife and I specifically asked them to stop calling our cells phones during the business hours.
