Exceeded Expectations We had never visited FJM before, but had heard a lot about it. After spending time with Sales Rep Tom Koss we decided to make the purchase. There was no high pressure, just easy manners and high knowledge factor, and of course, wonderful product.

Proactive Service I appreciate that the mechanic observed and repaired a strut problem that I had not noticed. After he made the repair, the car rode and handled markedly better. I am glad the maintenance was performed before the struts failed and possibly caused additional damage.

Good Experience! Larry Crecelius is a great service manager. He took care of my side mirror when I came in with a problem and then he was so good getting my annual service and transportation taken care of. And my driver Ed was the best! Thanks to the whole team.
